I tackle two–three scoped items right away. Think systms audit, inital file organization, templates, or a timeline polish. You get a tidy checklist and a Friday Wrap showing what moved, what’s next, and any blockers.

We set priorities at the start of each month; weekly updates for approvals. Your back end stays organized while you stay with your clients.

Included: website edits and basic SEO hygiene (titles, metas, alts), inbox triage, task systems and checklists, file/asset organization, monthly newsletters, light automations, and CRM templates/forms.
Not included: bookkeeping, paid ads, complex custom code or full site rebuilds, deep SEO projects, extensive video or audio editing or 24/7 rush work.
If you need a specialist, I’ll coordinate within our scope. -
After our intro call, I’ll send a short proposal and SOW with the final scope and price. BUILD requires a 50% deposit to reserve the start date; retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Retainers are month-to-month to start. You can pause or cancel with 14 days’ notice so I can wrap tasks and hand off cleanly.
Upon restart there is a 1-week re-start period.

I’ll flag it early. Overages are billed at $50/hr with your approval. Unused hours roll forward for 2 weeks and then expire—this keeps momentum (not a backlog).
